==Bio Info== Titles: The Star's Daughter, Queen of Caspian the Tenth, Lilliandil (Disney/Walden film character name) Age: Unknown, but has the appearance of a girl perhaps about Caspian's age Species: A star's daughter Home: Ramandu's Island in VDT, Cair Paravel in SC Physical Description: A tall girl, with yellow hair down her back, and very beautiful First Appearance: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, Ch. 13 (1952) ==About Ramandu's Daughter== Ramandu's Daughter is wise and beautiful. She is a figure of some mystery, for her name is never given and nothing is known of her life before the coming of the Narnians. Is she a star herself, or merely the daughter of a star? Who was her mother? Lewis does not answer these questions, and this sense of mystery adds to the fascination of her character. It is interesting that she should tell the story of what happened to the three sleeping lords, while so much of her own story is unknown. Ramandu's Daughter was much-loved in Narnia when she lived as Queen there, and her death was a great blow to her husband and son. ==Appearances== ===~ The Voyage of the Dawn Treader ~ (1952)=== On the island at the beginning of the World's End, Ramandu’s Daughter greets the Narnians as they stand trying to understand the mysteries of Aslan’s Table and determine whether or not the food is safe to eat. Reepicheep is the first to honor her with a toast after she tells the company the story of the three sleeping Narnian lords. She then introduces them to her father, who in turn explains the quest they must fulfill to awake the sleeping lords. When Caspian bids her farewell, he mentions that he hopes to see her again. They eventually marry after Caspian returns from the World’s End. ===~ The Silver Chair ~ (1953)=== Eustace and Jill listen as the Owls tell the story of how, ten years ago, the Queen and her son Rilian rode out to the forest on a May morning with their retinue. After lying down to rest, the Queen was bitten by a serpent on her hand. The snake's poison overcame her almost immediately, and she died in Rilian's arms. Her husband Caspian and the entire realm mourned her death greatly, for she was a wise and merry queen. ===~ The Last Battle ~ (1956)=== Ramandu's Daughter is there to welcome the friends of Narnia at the final reunion. ==Quotes== *"Travelers who have come from afar to Aslan's table.
