Peepiceek is the second-in-command in Reepicheep's band of Talking Mice. He demonstrates the same noble courage as his leader when he and the other Mice prepare to cut off their tails should Reepicheep be denied his. In ''The Voyage of the Dawn Treader'', Peepiceek is still the Second Mouse because Reepicheep says that upon his death, Peepiceek will be Head Mouse. Peepiceek's loyalty and bravery make him an excellent successor to Reepicheep.

[[File:3786.jpg|left]]When Reepicheep is severely wounded in battle, Peepiceek and the other Mice bring the Chief Mouse before Aslan in hopes that their leader will be restored to full health. Lucy heals Reepicheep's many wounds with her cordial, but when he leaps to his feet, he discovers that his tail is still missing. When Aslan suggests that Reepicheep does not need a tail, Peepiceek and the other Mice draw their swords in preparation to cut off their own tails, because they "will not bear the shame of wearing an honour which is denied to the High Mouse." At this, Aslan relents and restores to Reepicheep "the honour and glory of a Mouse," his tail.
