==About Ramandu's Daughter==

-
Ramandu's Daughter is wise and beautiful. She is a figure of some mystery, for her name is never given and nothing is known of her life before the coming of the Narnians. Is she a star herself, or merely the daughter of a star? Who was her mother? Lewis does not answer these questions, and this sense of mystery adds to the fascination of her character. It is interesting that she should tell the story of what happened to the three sleeping lords, while so much of her own story is unknown. Ramandu's Daughter was much-loved in Narnia when she lived as Queen there, and her death was a great blow to her husband and son.
