When the [[White Witch|Witch]] conjures a hot drink and Turkish Delight for [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]], the Dwarf hands it to [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]] with a wicked grin. Later when [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]] betrays his siblings and returns to the [[White Witch|Witch]], the Dwarf harnesses the sleigh without bells at the [[White Witch|Witch]]'s command and they set off to find the other Pevensies. Along the way the thaw begins and the Dwarf claims it is [[Aslan]]'s doing. When the melting snow forces them to walk, the Dwarf binds [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]]'s hands and forces him to walk quickly by cracking his whip. When they learn that the three Pevensies have joined [[Aslan]], the Dwarf suggests that they kill [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]] immediately to prevent the prophecy from being fullfilled. The [[White Witch|Witch]] agrees, but before they kill him, [[Edmund Pevensie|Edmund]] is rescued by the Narnians. The [[White Witch|Witch]] turns herself into a tree stump and the Dwarf into a boulder to escape. Later the [[White Witch|Witch]] sends the Dwarf before [[Aslan]] to demand a meeting, and [[Aslan]] tells the Dwarf that he will meet with the Dwarf's mistress on condition that she leave her wand behind. The Dwarf is most likely among the evil creatures of Narnia who witness the [[White Witch|Witch]] killing [[Aslan]] at the Stone Table. It also highly likely that the Dwarf fights in the battle against the Narnians, but his final fate is unknown.
